What is it for?
The Course is an important passage during pregnancy. Soon-to-be parents have the opportunity to see the places, people and assistance methods that they need to know before, during and immediately after childbirth. Mothers, and now even fathers more often, receive various information (theoretical-practical) about dealing with labor, childbirth and breastfeeding in order to approach this beautiful and unique moment the best possible way.
During the course, mothers and who accompany them, will learn a relaxing technique (Autogenic Breathing Training) particularly focussed on labor and childbirth, making this phase, generally considered critical, a moment of awareness and wellbeing.
How does it take place?
The Course is made up of 6 monthly encounters always starting on the first Thursday of the month, open to all mothers at least 4 months pregnant. Even soon-to-be fathers can take part in the course as companions.
L’isRegistration is done only via e-mail at the following address: corsoparto@policlinicogemelli.it where you are kindly asked to specify your last name, first name, date of birth (of the mother), telephone number and the chosen month for the Course (not including AUGUST and Thursdays that fall on holidays).
