Gemelli IRCCS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion test kf-accordion-3\">\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Pick-up at the window<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laboratory, Radiology and Cardiology test results must be picked up at the UOS \u201cAdministrative Registration Services, CUP and URP\u201d windows located on the 3rd floor, wing F:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Monday <\/strong>to <strong>Friday <\/strong>from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm<\/li><li><strong>Saturday<\/strong> from 7:30 am from 12:00 pm<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Test results are given directly to the interested person provided that he or she has the payment receipt and an identification document; patients can delegate a third person who must show, in addition to the payment receipt, the following documents: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proxy authorization form signed by the interested party or entitled person<\/li><li>Copy of the interested party\u2019s, or entitled person\u2019s, signed identification document<\/li><li>Proxy\u2019s identification document<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>information service<\/strong> for Laboratory, Radiology and Cardiology test results is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the following number <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"kf-link normal no-underline\" href=\"tel:+390630154863\" target=\"_blank\">06 3015.4863<\/a> &#8211; Fax <a href=\"tel:+390630156667\" class=\"kf-link normal no-underline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">06 3015.6667<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the UOS \u201cAdministrative Registration Services, CUP and URP\u201d windows it is possible to pick up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Laboratory Results, with the exceptrion of:<\/strong><ul><li><em>HIV Test Results<\/em><br>Must be picked up at the Infectious Diseases Day Hospital located at the CEMI, 1st floor wing S, Monday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. For patients under the age of 18 the proxy authorization form signed by both parents or legal guardian is necessary.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><em>Histological, Biopsy, Pap Test, Genetic, Molecular Biological test results <\/em><br>Must be picked up at the pertaining Out-patient facility\/Laboratory\/Day Hospital<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Radiology Test Results<\/strong>, after 7 working days from when the test was carried out<\/li><li><strong>Copies of radiology tests<\/strong>, after 5 working days from the request date<\/li><li><strong>Cardiology test results<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Urea Breath Test<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Test results from the blood transfusion Center<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Pick-up via e-mail<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to request, during the administrative registration, that Laboratory test results be sent via e-mail. It is possible to request such procedure only for Laboratory test results <em>with the exclusion of test results from the Blood Transfusion Center, HIV tests and Histological, Biopsy, Pap Test, Genetic and Molecular Biology test results<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To receive information about Laboratory test results requested via e-mail, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am you can call the following number <a href=\"tel:+390630155960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" class=\"kf-link no-underline\">06 3015.5960<\/a> or write to the following e-mail address <a class=\"kf-link italic no-underline\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"mailto:refertionline@policlinicogemelli.it\" target=\"_blank\">refertionline@policlinicogemelli.it<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Test results sent via e-mail can be viewed only through Windows Systems XP\/7\/8\/10 with <a class=\"kf-link no-underline\" href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/it\/reader\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Acrobat Reader<\/a>. Here are the instructions to properly view the test result:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log into your e-mail inbox.<\/li><li>Open the e-mail and download the attached file (save it on your desktop or in another folder).<\/li><li>Click on the saved file twice to open it.<\/li><li>Enter the password: it is the <strong>APPOINTMENT CODE<\/strong> (alphanumeric code in capital letters) indicated in the upper left-hand corner on the payment receipt given upon registering.<\/li><li>On the page that will appear, click on the \u201cpaperclip\u201d symbol to open the envelope containing the test result. <\/li><li>Click on \u201cAttachment\u201d to view the test result.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Pick-up via regular mail<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to request, during the administrative registration, that Laboratory and Radiology test results be sent by mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laboratory test results are sent via priority mail and are free. For patients under the age of 18 the proxy authorization form signed by both parents or legal guardian is necessary.<\/li><li><em>Histological &#8211; Biopsy &#8211; Pap Test results<\/em> must be picked up at the pertaining Out-patient facility\/Laboratory\/Day Hospital<\/li><li><em>The Genetic Test results<\/em> must be picked up at the Policlinico\u2019s medical Genetic Service (DEA 3rd Floor).<\/li><li><em>Molecular Biology test results<\/em> must be picked up at the Policlinico\u2019s Medical Chemical Service administrative office (DEA 3rd Floor).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respiratory physiopathology, radiology and cardiology test results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion test kf-accordion-1\">\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Pick-up at the window<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick-up is at the windows on the Presidio Columbus\u2019 -2 floor: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm<\/li><li>Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Request for test copies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion test kf-accordion-2\">\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Hospitalization test copies<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request for copies is made using the appropriate form and paying 15 Euros at the administrative registration windows<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Out-patient test copies<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The test result must be picked up within 60 days from the date the test was done. After 60 days, the request for copies is made by using the appropriate form and paying 15 Euros at the administrative registration windows<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test results for cancer patients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancer patients treated at the Policlinico Gemelli do not have to pick up test results since they can be viewed and printed by doctors on the Fondazione\u2019s medical reporting system.
