Gemelli, in order to manage the purchase of goods and services, uses the support of suppliers on the free market, in which business agreements are made through reciprocal interaction with sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selection is aimed toward suppliers who guarantee the purchase of products offering an economic saving with regards to the best technical solutions on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When choosing a supplier, even aspects such as a respectable reputation, commitment to lawful activities and whose ethics culture is similar to that of the Fondazione are considered. The interested companies can apply for registration on the <strong>Registro Qualifiche Fornitori<\/strong> (Supplier Qualification Register) at the following address: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" class=\"kf-link underline\" href=\"https:\/\/cloud.comedata.it\/policlinicogemelli\/portal\/Login.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/cloud.comedata.it\/policlinicogemelli\/portal\/Login.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to become our suppliers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to enter the regulation and accreditation procedure and have access to the specialists within the Fondazione Policlinico A. Gemelli (pro 103), the interested suppliers must <a href=\"http:\/\/privato.policlinicogemelli.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/allegati_procedure_fornitori_policlinicogemelli.zip\" class=\"kf-link underline\">download<\/a>&nbsp; and proceed in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> All interested suppliers must prepare the relevant documents in a single compressed file titled, <strong>NAME OF SPECIALIST_COMPANY<\/strong>: <ul><li>\u201cAttachment 1\u201d of procedure (pro 103) duly signed.&nbsp; It must be prepared individually for each company and must include information of all the professionals the company would like to accredit; <\/li><li>\u201cForm A\u201d \u2013 Excel File.<\/li><li>\u201cForm B\u201d \u2013 Data form regarding \u2018Prevention and Protection Service\u2019.<\/li><li> The documents must be sent from a company e-mail account and sent to the following address: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" class=\"kf-link italic no-underline\" href=\"mailto:accreditamentospecialistfarmacia@policlinicogemelli.it\" target=\"_blank\">accreditamentospecialistfarmacia@policlinicogemelli.it<\/a> . Only documents received by e-mail at the above-mentioned address will be accepted. Any clarifications must be requested via e-mail at the same address.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>As foreseen by the procedure, suppliers will receive a preliminary      evaluation e-mail from the Pharmacy. If the outcome is successful, the      company will be requested to contact our Prevention and Protection Service      (PPS) at the following e-mail:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" class=\"kf-link italic no-underline\" href=\"mailto:servizioprevenzione@policlinicogemelli.it\" target=\"_blank\">servizioprevenzione@policlinicogemelli.it<\/a><\/li><li>Following the Fondazione Policlinico A. Gemelli\u2019s PPS evaluation, the final evaluation result, with the list of the accredited professionals, will be communicated.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ethics code<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli\u2019s <strong>Ethics Code<\/strong> expresses the principles, values and the ethical responsibilities that inspire its activities and represent for the entire organization the binding criteria for its own behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> These principles give origin to the ethical commitments that Fondazone\u2019s Employees and Collaborators have, in addition to their order\u2019s or professional board\u2019s ethics restraints, current regulations and established contract agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fondazione\u2019s ethics incorporate the fundamental principles indicated by the Magisterium of the Catholic Church regarding bioethics. Each Employee and Collaborator must refrain in carrying out procedures, services and behaviors against these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Ethics Code<\/strong> adheres to the regional regulation (applicable to entities under accreditation) in terms of behavior codes and is an integral part of the Fondazione\u2019s organization and management Paradigm (Paradigm 231).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The published version of the Ethics Code was approved by resolution of the Board of Directors on November 28, 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion test kf-accordion-2\">\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Supervision<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The task of supervising the performance and compliance of the Ethics Code is entrusted to the <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong> and to the <strong>Supervisory Board <\/strong>within the boundaries of its activities of expertise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Notifications<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees, Collaborators and, in general, the Recipients of the Code must inform the Supervisory Board of any behaviors or events that violate or may violate the Ethics Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Notification <\/strong>can be submitted to the OdV (Supervisory Board) in the following manners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>E-mail<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"kf-link italic no-underline\" href=\"mailto:odv@policlinicogemelli.it\" target=\"_blank\">odv@policlinicogemelli.it<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li>With <strong>regular mail<\/strong> in a sealed envelope at the following address:<br>Internal Audit Administration Office<br>Largo Agostino Gemelli,8<br>00168 Roma<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ethics Code is available at the following <a class=\"kf-link underline\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/codiceetico2017-policlinico-gemelli.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (si apre in una nuova scheda)\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Criteria The Fondazione Policlinico A.
