May 12, 1995 n\u00b0 163, applied to health by&nbsp; D.P.C.M. May 19, 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion test kf-accordion-2\">\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">What is it for?<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>The Services Card protects <strong>the patients\u2019 rights<\/strong>, improving their relationship with the providing institution by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>recognizing the right to receive information\nthat allows the citizen to know about the services offered and the way to\nreceive them; <\/li><li>publishing the standards of quantity and\nquality of the services offered and the assessment of the patients\u2019 level of\nsatisfaction;<\/li><li>giving citizens the power of control\nover the quality of the services provided; <\/li><li>guaranteeing patients\u2019 protection\nin the event of a disservice by recognizing their right to complain.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"kf-accordion-item kf-accordion-item-active\"><h3><span class=\"kf-accordion-item-label\">Objectives<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"kf-accordion-item-content\">\n<p>From this point of view, the <strong>Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS<\/strong> aims to guarantee health protection as a common and personal good, promoting measures necessary to achieve the objectives of assistance effectiveness, technical and organizational suitability, efficiency in the allocation and use of human resources, economic and instrumental, along with the objectives of education and research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Public Relations Office (URP) provides information about health benefits and services and receives comments and complaints in any form presented by individual citizens\/users or by Associations that represent them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/CartaDeiServizi_2025_0728.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Scarica la Carta dei Servizi (si apre in una nuova scheda)\" class=\"button large orange \">Download the Services Card<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Services Card contains news and information about the hospital\u2019s organization and the services offered, and was created to help citizens use the facility and to provide an informational tool that is easy to consult, in compliance with what is foreseen by D.L.
